- Up to 3 hours of shooting on site (1 hour minimum). Additional time required is billed at $75.00 per hour.
- Number of stills will vary between 15-50 depending on home size and layout.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
- $25.00 for same day cancellation.

- Up to 2 hours of daylight shooting on site (1 hour minimum). Additional time required is billed at $75.00 per hour.
- Digital download of up to 60 seconds of edited video footage.
- Up to 40 miles of one way travel to subject property. Additional travel is billed at $1.00 per mile.

- Up to 6 Aerial stills: $150 minimum daylight, $200 minimum twilight
- Additional aerial stills: $10 per image. (twilight shots $20 per image)

- Number of aerial stills required to effectively represent the property will vary depending on home size and location.
- Digital download of 6 edited stills.
